Important Announcement: Size 2 Poly Handle w/NPT
MELTRIC INTRODUCES A NEW DESIGN FOR SIZE 2 POLY HANDLE WITH NPT 512P0Nxx
MELTRIC is introducing a redesigned size 2 poly handle the DSN30, DS20, DR30, DSN24c, and DSDC1 devices. The new handle features improved ergonomics, an integrated drawplate for easier plug and receptacle connection/disconnection, and an integrated self-ejecting cable guide. The "-443" suffix will no longer be required for self-ejecting applications when using this handle.
Part numbers remain unchanged, and the new handle will be rolled out gradually as existing stock is depleted for each NPT size.

Is there a price increase?
No. This new design does not come with a price increase.
Will I need additional finger draw plates?
Additional finger draw plates are not necessary for cord to cord applications when using this handle. However, if your application requires a handle with a wall box/angle, a finger drawplate would need to be installed on the wall box/angle. Since the finger drawplates are supplied in a set of two, one finger drawplate would remain unused.
How do I order for self-ejecting applications?
Ordering self-ejecting applications is easier with this new handle. The integrated cable guide eliminates the need to add the -443 suffix to the handle.
