RMA's can only be accepted from the customer that issued the PO for the involved product to MELTRIC.

Please note that the RMA expires 30 days after date of issue.
Once received, MELTRIC will evaluate that the returned products match the approved RMA list. Any discrepancies will need to be resolved before a credit can be issued. Please be aware credits can take 7 to 10 business days to process.
