The Northeast Wisconsin Technical College's (NWTC) North Coast Marine Manufacturing Training Center continues to be a cornerstone of the Great Lakes region's shipbuilding industry. About the Training Center in Marinette

The North Coast Marine Manufacturing Training Center, located in Marinette, has trained more than 15,000 workers in its history.

The program equips students with the skills they need to succeed in the shipbuilding industry. Some of the skills taught in the program include welding, pipefitting, and electrical work. These skills are essential for building and repairing ships.
