MELTRIC Corporation owns all the copyright on the content of the meltric.com site and its trademarks, logos, domain names, and all related distinctive signs are considered as works of the spirit on which the company MELTRIC holds all intellectual and commercial property rights.
In accordance with the provisions of the Code of Intellectual Property and of international treaties and agreements, any reproduction, disclosure, distribution, representation, translation, dissemination, modification, transcription, partial or total, regardless of the medium considered and whatever process is used for a non-private use is prohibited without the prior and express authorization of the company MELTRIC.
Any contravention of the provisions of this article constitutes the offense of infringement and in this respect, entails the civil and criminal liability of its author. Law no. 98-536 of 1 July 1998 on databases does not grant any private copying exception.
